While you may feel guilty when you indulge in a snack, you don't have to if you choose a healthy snack like fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

I'm writing this for especially people who snack on the whole nutella jar and the fridge when they're bored or just sad.

Healthy Snacking has many benefits, it includes the following:
